    Paints:
    • Ivory Black
    • Titanium White

    • Pthalo Blue
    • Ultramarine Blue
    • Cerulean Blue

    • Cadmium Red
    • Rose Madder (you can go for the cheaper one)
    • Vermilion Red (optional)

    • Cadmium Yellow Light (or Basic Yellow)
    • Indian Yellow

    • Raw Umber
    • Burnt Umber
    • Burnt Sienna

    • They also have sets made up at Utrecht that contain many of these colors, and could be a cheaper way to go.
  • Brushes:
    • Fan Brush: #1 or #2, made of natural bristles
    • Filbert: #2, #4, & #6 - Utrecht's yellow band filbert brushes are great, and cheap.
    • The rest I will have to show you to make sure you get the right ones. There are so many different kinds!
  • The Rest:
    • Pre-gessoed stretched canvas (not canvasboard) or Masonite (processed wood) board
    • Glass Palette
    • Turpenoid, a brand of odorless turpentine
    • Coil Jar, for holding turp and cleaning brushes
    • Rags/Paper Towels
